• Contact OEM;
• Contact FEMA for conference call set up; 
• Email blast PC VOAD members with conference call information (9:00 a.m. morning following disaster) and attach the PC VOAD Relief and Recovery Assistance Guide;

PC VOAD Participants:

• Conference call 9:00 a.m. morning following disaster;
• If the phones are out of service a 9:00 a.m. morning after disaster meeting will be held at the (PSA in Wayne or 401 Grand Street, Paterson)
