Donor Relations Manager
Job summary: Support the fundraising and donor relationship goals of the organization by providing excellent data management, event support and communications activities.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create fundraising reports; monitor progress and analyze results
- Clean/maintain donor data within Donor Perfect
- Ensure accurate data entry in cooperation with Controller
- Manage thank you process and other stewardship activities
- Provide support for workplace fundraising activities, such as scheduling, ordering supplies, assisting with planning events and activities
- Prepare briefing notes for chief executive and volunteers making solicitation calls
- Send out year end acknowledgement letters annually in timely manner (before Jan 31)
- Prepare bulk email campaigns
- Clean/maintain mailing list in Constant Contact; enter new information as received
- Assist with event planning and event management
- Maintain organization website
- Assist with prospect research
Required skills/experience:
Technology skills: Donor Perfect; Constant Contact; Word & Excel; Drupal websites
Fundraising skills: Data, analytics and research; Customer service; Relationship management; Event planning
